1 pint white syrup
2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook above ingredients until syrup hardens in cold water.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon hot water.
Pour over 6 quarts of popped corn.
Rub hands with shortening when popcorn is cool enough, form into balls.
