3 - 15 ounce cans chicken broth
1 can of cream of chicken soup
6 cups water
Saute in 1/2 stick butter or margarine:
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 carrots
1 pound fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic

Directions:

Add :
1 cup Wild Rice to broth with 3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 package chopped frozen spinach
Cook on stove until rice is done.
Serve over lemon slice in bowl.
