1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 large can tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 tsp. cumin
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into strips and put in large cooking pot. Brown meat, onions, pepper and garlic until done.
Pour into cabbage and add tomatoes,Rotel, cumin and soup. Cook on low heat until cabbage is tender.
