1/4 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 Tablespoon cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon soda
3/4 cups raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together shortening, sugar, egg, cream, vanilla, flour and soda. Chill Dough.

Mix 3/4 cup chopped raisins, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Mold cookies and bake at 400 until done.
