2 c. pastry flour or 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift 2 cups pastry flour or 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Add 2/3 cups crisco shortening. Mix until size of peas (with hands). Sprinkle 2/3 cups ice water over flour mix until forms a dough (you may not need all of the water). Handle as little as possible, roll and use for pies or brambles.
