1 large angel food cake, cut in small pieces
2 packages Knox gelatin
1/2 cup pineapple juice
# 2 1/2 size can of crushed pineapple
juice of one lemon
1 pint whipping cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 heaping tablespoon flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in juice. Cook last 5 ingredients till thick. Add softened gelatin. Add pineapple and lemon juice.
Cool till sets up. Fold in whipped cream. Put cake in bottom of large cake pan. Add pineapple mixture and mix slightly. Chill.
