1 lb. sharp, cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 garlic clove, pressed & finely chopped
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 (10-oz.) jar, strawberry preserves
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except for preserves. Coat a ring shaped gelatin mold with cooking spray. Spoon cheese mixture into mold, cover and chill 2-3-hours. Unmold cheese onto serving plate, and spoon strawberry preserves into center. Serve with crackers and garnish with grapes around outside of ring.
