1 Box Swiss Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 1/2 C. Milk
3 Eggs
1 C. Oil
Frosting:
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 C. Powdered Sugar
1 12 oz. Cool Whip

Cake:
Mix and bake in three layers on 325-350º for about 15 minutes. (Temperature and time depend on ovens)
Frosting:
Beat Cream Cheese and add Powdered Sugar, heat until smooth. Add Cool Whip and fold it in. You can put shaved Hershey Bar on top.
