1 chocolate cake mix of your choice
12 oz. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup raspberry preserves

Serves: 8-10
Preparation time: 60 minutes

Mix cake following directions on box, adding 6 oz. of chocolate chips. Bake in two 9-in. round cake pans. Cool.
Place one cake on plate and spread raspberry preserves on top almost to edges. Put other cake on top.
Make icing by melting 6 oz. of chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup of sour cream and stir to smooth. Ice cake. Refrigerate.
