1 c. water
2 c. sugar
3 sticks real butter
1/2 lb. chopped pecans
3 giant Hershey bars (or 6 regular)
Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, sugar and butter until it reached 280º, stirring constantly. Add nuts, stirring, until temp reaches 310º. Pour candy onto greased (sprayed) wax paper. Spread to 1/4 in. thin. spread melted chocolate on top, flip and spread on bottom. Let cool and break into pieces.
