Ingredients:  
20 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained
Put in greased casserole.

Beat together:
1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
Add 2 tablespoons flour
Mix in with pineapple
Pat 5 slices white bread, cubed & crust removed on top.
Melt 3/4 stick butter and drizzle over top.
Directions:

Bake at 350º. 45 minutes till brown.
Can be made the day before.
