Sherry
Chopped pecans or slivered almonds

Marinate the brie in the sherry for 2 hours.

Put the brie in a baking dish close to the size and shape of the brie along with 2 to 3 Tablespoons of the sherry.

Bake 15-30 minutes or until the brie melts at 325 degrees.

Put chopped pecans or slivered almonds on top. Serve on Bremner crackers or thin slices of French bread.
