4 Cucumbers, peeled and seeded
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3 cups chicken stock
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Puree cucumber and garlic. Add stock, salt and sour cream. Chill.

If using canned chicken broth, boil 4 cups down to 3 cups to intensify the flavor.

Garnish with chopped green onions, chives or parsley.
