Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 or 1 teaspoon whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly with sugar and salt.
Add milk and flour. Beat only until smooth.
For best results, fry in a deep kettle about 5 inches around and at least 4 inches deep.
Screw handle into one of the irons and place in fat to heat.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Hints: Flour and milk may be well beaten. Then blend with slightly beaten eggs.
Blisters on Rosettes indicate eggs have been beaten too much.
The iron is not deep enough in fat if Rosettes drop off in fat.
Rosettes which do not come off easily from iron have not been fried long enough to be dry in the center.
