14 ounces (50) caramels
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup butter
6 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and milk, keep warm.
Combine cake mix, water and butter until crumbly.
Press 1/2 dough in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350º 6 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and spread caramel mixture over all.
Sprinkle remaining dough.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
