1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c shortening
1 egg
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp orange juice
4 tsp grated orange zest
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Form into log and refrigerate overnight. Slice and bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes.
