6 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs
3 tbsp sour cream
2 cups water
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine with flour as for pastry. Combine beaten eggs with water and sour cream. Knead dough. Let rest for a while.

Note: 30 cups of flour makes 60 dozen perogies.
