Boil:
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
Boil.

Add to the above mixture & cook until thick:
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. dry mustard

For potato salad, add about equal amounts of mayo.

For fruit salad, mix with sugar and whipped cream.
