1 cup butter
3/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
white bread
2 egg whites (beaten stiff)
Directions:
Directions:
- Melt butter in pan
- Add cheese and stir until combined
- Add egg whites and mix well

- Place 3 slices of bread side by side
- Spread melted mixture over bread slices to coat
- Place another 3 slices of bread on top and coat
- Cut crust off and cut each slice into 9 squares
- Coat sides with butter mixture
- Repeat until mixture is used up
- Bake in oven @ 350 until golden brown

Just remove from freezer and bake when ready.
