1-1½ sifted confectioner's sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. almond flavoring
2½ c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Mix in egg and flavorings. Measure flour. Blend dry ingredients, stir in. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Divide dough in half and roll out on lightly floured board. Cut with cookie cutter. Sprinkle with sugar. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 7-8 minutes in 375º oven or until golden.
