1 15 oz can artichoke hearts
1 T butter
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1C chopped onion
1C shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:

Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Drain and halve artichoke hearts. Saute in butter, then cool. Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Mix spinach with artichoke hearts, cream cheese, salt, pepper and onion. Pour into a 2 qt. baking dish. Top with Swiss cheese and paprika. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
