4 pcs. of bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1 c. of uncooked rice
1 16 oz. can of tomato pieces
1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 sm. onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon with chopped onion and drain. Let bacon cool and tear into small pieces. Add in a can of diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a boil, add rice and 1 and 1/2 cups of water and bring again to a boil. Turn down to low and cook for 30 minutes covered. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.
