Ingredients:  
1 pie crust
Base:
1 1/4 c powdered sugar
5 egg yolks
6-8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 stick oleo
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 pt whipping cream ( 1 large box of dream whip may be substituted)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 c of crushed pineapple (more can be added)
8 oz cream cheese
1-2 cups of chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cool the pie crust. (or make your own)

Base
Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese and soft oleo together. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add salt and vanilla. Bet until creamy and spread this on the bottom of a cooled pie shell.

Topping
Whip cream and sugar together. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Put this on the top of base. Refrigerate for several hours.

(Strawberries can be substituted for pineapple)
