2 Large Vidalia Onions sliced
2 lbs ‘baby bellas’ (small portabella mushrooms)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 Cup Red Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and butter and add onions. Sauté until soft and add the portabella mushrooms. Leave bite sized mushrooms whole. Cut others in half as they cook. Sauté for 10 minutes until onions and mushrooms appear to caramelized a bit. Add Red Wine and reduce. Serve with steak or as a side vegetable.
