2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Frosting:
1 box powder sugar
Juice of 2 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and cheese. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder. Slowly add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Add vanilla. Roll mixture into 1" balls and place on a well-greased (or parchment lined) cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Bottom of cookies should be golden brown. Let cookies cool. Mix the powdered sugar and lemon juice together until smooth. Using a spoon, drizzle over each cooled cookie.
