1 (12 oz) pkg butterscotch chips
1/3 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. If using a glass pan heat to 325 degrees. In a medium saucepan, melt chips and butter, add crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Press 1/2 mixture in 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, then beat in sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Pour onto top of crumb mixture in pan and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 25 - 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool to room temperature. Cut into bars and chill. Refrigerate any leftovers.
