2 c. diced cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
1 small onion
2 c. cooked rice (2/3 cup raw)
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Topping
1 c. crushed cornflakes
2 tbsp Butter or margarine
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until onion is translucent. Mix all ingredients together put into 2 quart backing dish.

Sprinkle the corn flake mixture over the casserole, then sprinkle the with the almonds bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until golden brown. This can be made ahead and if could from refrigerator bake at 350º for about 1 hour.
