1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 oz. baking chocolate (unsweetened is best, but in a pinch, you can use semisweet)
Directions:
Directions:
Place both ingredients in a large glass measuring cup (at least 4 cups size) and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir vigorously for 3 minutes. That’s it – makes a good, thick hot fudge which is really great for a simple dessert.
