2 cans minced clams (include juice)
2 stacks unsalted (saltines) soda crackers
1 small onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1tbs parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 tbs Tabasco sauce
1 stick butter or margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put crackers in plastic zip lock bag and crush them, then put into a bowl.
dice onion and green pepper and add to crackers
add melted butter or margarine
add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, parsley flakes and garlic powder
mix together and roll into round balls
place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes

This is a favorite of ours. I got this recipe from Auntie Mae Rogers over 30 years ago and have served it to our guests where ever we have lived around the country. It has been and continues to be a huge hit.
