1 cup rice
Pinch of salt
2 cups milk
3 beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rice and salt in water. Rinse in cold water and drain. Warm milk and add eggs, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 325 until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
