Ingredients:
2 whole chicken breasts (approximately 1 ¾ lbs)
4 slices of deli ham (not too thin or double the slices)
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon allspice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Bread crumbs (from a can) to cover rolls
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each breast in ½ to make 4 pieces; pound pieces with a mallet. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll up beginning at the narrow end. Secure rolls with toothpicks.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and allspice. Coat rolls with this flour mixture. (It is easiest to mix all in a plastic bag.) Dip floured rolls into egg, and then roll in bread crumbs.
Melt butter in a large skillet. Brown rolls on each side. Reduce heat and add water. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until tender and cooked through. Remove cover for the last few minutes to crisp rolls slightly.
