2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter
2 lbs. cream cheese
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Press 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup of butter into a 9 inch springform pan.
Filling: In a mixer, cream the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add 2 eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add the vanilla and 1/2 tsp. of almond extract. Mix until creamy.
Topping: Mix together sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp. almond extract.

Put crust and filling in a cold oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Then add topping and bake for 8 more minutes. Cool overnight and then refrigerate 3-4 hours.
