4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded or cubed
16 oz. pasta, cooked (shells or corkscrews)
2 cups celery, sliced or diced
4 green onions, sliced
8 oz. petite frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup pistachio nuts
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the chicken, pasta, celery, green onions, peas and pistachios. Then, to make the dressing, separately mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and tarragon. Then combine all in one bowl, chill and serve.
