3 bananas ,2 cups uncooked oatmeal,1/3 cup applesauce, 1 teaspoon vanilla

preheat oven 350 F, In medium bowl, stir together mashed bananans,oatmeal ,applesauce, and vanilla.mix well, let sit for 15 min. drop by spoonfull onto greased cookie sheet. (they will not spread like flour cookies).push them flat with a fork (much like peanutbutter cookies) bake for 20 minutes. you can also add died such as raisins,for added flavor
