4 pounds Brisket
1 envelope Lipton Beef Onion Dry Soup Mix
3 cups Sliced mushrooms ; baby bell & white
2 Large Onions ; chopped
1 can (12 oz) Regular coke

Directions:
Directions:
place brisket in pan, rub soup mix over, place chopped onions and mushrooms on top and around brisket. Pour can of coke over.

Bake 325° - 350° for 3 hours.

Remove brisket from pan.
Seperate gravy from onion mushroom mixture.
Bring gravy to boil on top of stove; simmer until reduced by ¼.
Add onion mushrooms to gravy.
Slice Brisket. Serve with gravy
