2 lb. Hamburger
2 Eggs
2 sleeves of Saltine Crackers...crushed
1 sm. Onion...diced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1//2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp. Morton's Nature's Seasons
1 can Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350º. Mix Hamburger, eggs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, & season in a large bowl. Start adding cracker crumbs, mix till it will hold together, you may not need all the crumbs. Spray a 8x10 casserole dish w/ no stick spray and mold hamburger into a loaf and place in the center. Pour tomato sauce over the top of the loaf. Add 1/2 cup of water to the pan to prevent drying out. Bake for 45 min. Slice into it to see if it requires additional time.
