1 c. white Minute Rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 10 oz. boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 15 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together well and pour into a 9×13 greased casserole dish and bake for one hour.
