"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

place chicken in plastic wrap when pounding
(Heavy frying pan can work)

get a large ziplock bag. Put chicken in bag add egg/milk. coat chicken with wash. add breadcrumbs. You want a light coating (this aint southern fried chicken)

preheat oven to 350

heat oil in pan. place chicken in pan when oil is hot. turn down to med heat. Brown both sides. Doesn't have to be cooked through. remove from heat

cover top of each breast with tomato sauce. Then add cheese.

put pan in the oven for 20 mins (depends on thickness of chicken )

boil water and cook pasta. Drain

when chicken is done. remove from pan. take cooked pasta add to the pan that chicken cooked in. add more sauce to make sure pasta is coated. just reheat and make sure added sauce is hot. get all the dripping from the pan on that pasta!!

serve chicken with side of pasta. and a true Italian serves salad after main course.

Poor southern people cant get good bread but do your best with that store frozen garlic bread!!!
