1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/4 cup flour, sugar, salt, yeast. Over low heat warm milk and butter. Place liquid in large bowl. Add dry ingredients and beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup flour and beat on high. Add 1 to 4 more cups of flour to make a stiff dough. Cover well and let rise in a warm place until double in size. Lightly flour hands and push down dough and form into small rolls. Space rolls a bit apart from one another as they will rise to a large size. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
