6 thick pork chops
1 can cream corn
¾ c. crackers, crushed
1 tbsp. celery, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped (optional)
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Trim a slice of fat from each chop. Place chops in baking pan and season. Place a mound of corn mixture on each chops and place slice of fat on each. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done.
