4 c. filtered water
10 T. instant coffee
3 c. sugar
3 T vanilla
3 c. vodka

Directions:
Simmer water, sugar and coffee for 1 hour. Let cool and add 3 Tbsp vanilla (not imitation) and 3 cups vodka.
We collected empty kahlua bottles from the bars and bottled in them. Let age for 6-8 weeks.
