3 cups apples
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 cup nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Frosting: Combine 1/4 cup butter softened, 2 tbsp. warm milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 cups powdered sugar.

Add salad oil to dry ingredients, mix in all wet ingredients and add apples and nuts last. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 325º.
