Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
Zip Loc Bags . . . lots of them

Directions:
Take any protein (chicken, beef, whatever you have) and cover it with a couple of cans of Cream of Mushroom soup. Cook until the smoke detector goes off. Be sure to store the leftovers in Zip Loc bags--the bigger the bag the better. :)
