1 large can (32 oz.) cut yams, drained and cut in small pieces
2-3 tart apples, peeled and sliced
Brown sugar to taste
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1/4-1/2 cup orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a deep casserole dish, layer 1/3 of yams, 1/3 of apple slices, dot w/ butter and sprinkle generously w/ brown sugar and cinnamon. Repeat twice more. Pour juice over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
