1 stick butter
1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
8 oz mushrooms (optional)
12c Kellogg's Seasoned bread cubes
2 eggs beaten
3 c chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and celery in the melted butter. Add mushrooms, bread cubes, and eggs. Toss lightly. Spoon into crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn down to low and cook 2-3 more hours.
