bunch of fresh cilantro
6 roma tomatoes
1 lime
bunch of fresh scallions
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 white onion
2 jalapeņo peppers
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up tomatoes, onion, scallions, jalapeņo peppers, and cilantro very fine and put in bowl. Using your hands squeeze all ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Roll lime and cut. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Add garlic. Add salt to taste (if needed). Stir all ingredients. Cover with saran wrap; and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

*Putting in the jalapeņo pepper seeds will make the salsa hot. You can determine how hot you want it by how much of the pepper you want to add.

Don't forget the chips!
You want to make your own. Cut corn tortillas into quarters and fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel. Salt to taste.
