Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. chopped pecans

First filling:
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 13 oz. container Cool Whip

Second filling:
2 sm. or 1 lg. box chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 13 oz. container Cool Whip
chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix well together crust ingredients, pat into 9X13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. First filling: Mix filling ingredients well and spread on cooled crust. Second filling: Cook all ingredients until thick, pour over first filling. Refrigerate. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Top with chopped nuts.
