Swiss cheese
Bread, crust removed
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
Some milk

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate layers of bread and Swiss cheese is a greased casserole. Mix eggs with half and half and milk. Season well with salt and pepper, pour over bread and cheese. Bake in pan of hot water in a 375º oven for 50 minutes. Serve with currant jelly and salad, ham or bacon on top.
