1 lb. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Oil
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Chiles
1 2/3 Cup Canned Tomatoes

Directions:

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Brown in oil.
Stir in salt, pepper, garlic, oregano & chili powder.
Add chiles & tomatoes.
Simmer 15-20 minutes.
Serve with warm flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce, etc.
