8 eggs
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Ham, sausage, or bacon
1/2 cup of Japeon pepper (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix eggs and other five ingredients
2.Butter a pan
3.Pour ingredients into butter pan
4.Cook until eggs are done
5. Sprinkle with cheese
6. Put back in oven until cheese is melted
